## How to book

## Policies

- Cancellation: 48 hours' notice required. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the service is charged; no-shows are charged in full. A card is held on file for every booking.
- Deposits: 30% deposit for color services over $300, keratin smoothing and all bridal bookings, applied to the final bill.
- Patch test: required for first-time color clients at least 48 hours before the appointment (free, 5 minutes).
- Consultations: 15 minutes, free; required for color correction and keratin smoothing.
- Late arrivals: appointments are held for 15 minutes.
- Gift cards: $100 to $1,000, digital or printed, never expire.
